Gillian and James are an elderly couple based in Wickford, they was introuced to UW as a means to reduce their bills. As utility bills go online and accounts are needed to access the most basic of information, they get left behind in the technological world. They couldn’t access their bills online and had no means of getting into their accounts. With Utility Warehouse they have a personal 1-2-1 touch with their questions and handling their bills, instead of handling dealing with a call centre. Combining both their Gas and Electricity into one bill they know how much they are spending each month.
The current service they have changed to UW, is their gas and electric, with their broadband and 4 mobiles due to change next. As you may know the more services they have with UW, the more they save. Currently they spend the same amount for the gas and electric, but when they change their broadband, they not only will save close to £30 per month buy changing their broadband, they will also save close to £10 on their gas and electric.
In January 2025 their 4 mobile contract will expire, they are planning to change this to UW currently spending £57 for 4 sims with gigabyte limit. By changing to UW for 4 unlimited sims it’s £47 per month. that’s a saving of £10 and a huge increase in service for their sims.
